TOTS CLASSES @ RENO!
Beginning Gymnastics (White belt) 1 hr / ages 6 & up
This class teaches the fundamentals of gymnastics. Girls learn rolls, handstands, cartwheels, trampoline skills and basic bar and beam skills are introduced.
Parent & Me / ages walking-3
This class is for the energetic toddler & parent! Your child will learn gross motor skills, patience, sharing, social skills & basic gymnastics.
Pre-School Classes / ages 3-5
This class is for the rambunctious tot. If your child is climbing the walls, this is the class for them! Beginners: Learning to follow directions, share & stay in line. Skills include: donkey kicks, jumps on tramp, forward rolls, swinging on bars, support on hands against walls, etc. Belt colors are yellow and orange.
